How to use

Take each product as directed on its own label:

• Sleep Formula: 2 capsules daily (best taken in the evening).
• Reishi Relax Gummies: 1–2 gummies daily.
• Grass-Fed Hydrolyzed Collagen Peptides: 1 level scoop in 8–10 oz water or another drink daily.

• Sleep Formula contains melatonin, and both Sleep Formula and Reishi Relax Gummies contain valerian. Take in the evening and do not drive or operate machinery if you feel drowsy.
