Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, email us at info@vipdocnow.com or use our contact form, and our VIPDocNow team will help.

Return window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

What can be returned

• Unopened, unused products in their original packaging with the safety seal intact.
• For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened supplements, opened powders or used topical products, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to start a return

1. Email info@vipdocnow.com with your order number and the items you'd like to return.
2. We'll reply with return instructions and the return address. Please don't send items back without contacting us first, because packages sent without return instructions may not be accepted.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging, and we'll make it right.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take extra time to post the credit.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original and place a new order.

Cancellations

To cancel an order before it ships, email us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, the return process above applies.
